1. Who can use Private Messenger

You must be 18 or older. By creating an account you confirm your age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Your gender and city are used to give you access to gender rooms and city chats, so enter them truthfully.

3. Rules

Do not:

• harass, threaten, or bully other users
• share illegal content, or any sexual content involving minors
• send spam, scams, or links to malware
• pretend to be another person
• share someone else's private information without permission

4. Moderation

System moderators may review reported content and may warn, restrict, ban, or remove accounts that break these rules. Every moderator action is recorded in an internal log.

5. Plans and payments

Standard is free. Pro and Premium are one-time payments that unlock the features listed in the app for the account you name in your payment message. Plans are usually activated within 24 hours of receiving your payment screenshot, username and ID #. For payment problems, message us on Facebook.

6. Daily limits

Chat, voice and video limits depend on your plan and reset every day. City access changes weekly as described in the app.

7. Changes

We may update the app and these Terms. If the changes are important, we'll ask you to review and agree again in the app.

8. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.
